80--CCAD SPECIAL NOTICE-sole source commercial purchase order to Cytech Engineered Materials

Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Cytech Engineered Materials, 1300 Revolution St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078 under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement is for FM 1000, Adhesive Films in support of helicopter repairs at the Corpus Christi Army Depot.
