Notice of Intent for Sole Source for Fortified Human Breast Milk Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Prolacta Biosciences in the amount of $96,228.00 to purchase the Fortified Human Breast Milk to be used at Madigan Army Medical, Tacoma, WA. The Surgeon has determined that this product will best meet the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeon's and the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR13.106-1(b) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for quote and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
