RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number 200-2009-28831) with Novartis for FLU vaccines as follows: 2 each Fluvirin® vaccine package presentations - NDCs 66521-0112-02 and 66521-0112-10. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Novartis under Contract Number 200-2009-28831, which was previously competed and awarded in FY09 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available.
