RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number 200-2009-29439) with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for FLU vaccines as follows: 2 each Fluarix TM vaccine package presentation -NDCs 58160-0876-11 and 58160-0876-46 and 1 each for Flulaval TM vaccine package presentation - NDC 19515-0886-07. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor GSK under Contract Number 200-2009-29439, which was previously competed and awarded in FY09 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available.
