The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hologic Limited Partnership of Marlborough, MA to provide all supplies necessary to complete medical testing at the Captain James Lovell Federal Healthcare Center, 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064. This is a one-time supply buy for FY15. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 13.5 Test Program, along with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 325413. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
