Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to BioMerieux, Inc., in the estimated amount of $31,005.73 for a base period plus two one-year options periods, for Testing Reagents Kits and maintenance and repair services at Raymond W. Bliss, Army Health Center (RWBAHC), Fort Huachuca, AZ. BioMerieux, Inc. has the proprietary rights as the OEM for all software, service, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
