Naval Hospital Oak Harbor Bridge Contract for Ortho Clinical Cost Per Test to Include Instrument and Consumables

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(1), The Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in the amount of $51,424.74 for the period of 04/01/2015 through 09/30/2015 for a Cost Per Test contract for the ProVue Instrument, plus consumables. This will be a 6 month bridge contract. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issues. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
