Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20; VA Boise Health Care System intends to enter into a contract with Cepheid on a sole source basis for the following: Test kits, reagents, and consumables. The Contractor shall provide test kits, reagents, and consumables to the Boise VAMC. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 9:00 AM PDT on 27 January 2021. All responses must be emailed to [email protected] . **This notice satisfies the requirements at FAR SUBPART 5.2 - Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.**
