Supplies, Tests and Reagents for Ventana Benchmark II Cell Stainer and Analyzer

Notice of Intent The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, Dalecarlia Health Contracting Cell, intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole source contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation (RDC), 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250-0416. This sole source is in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only RDC equipment and supplies can meet this requirement as they are currently in use at the laboratory and do not require installation, validation, correlation, revisions to the current Standard Operating Procedures, or retraining of personnel. The products are proprietary to RDC and only available for purchase in the United States directly from RDC. Continued use of the RDC equipment and supplies ensures uninterrupted testing capability. Failure to procure the necessary supplies and reagents will cause mission failure.
