RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract No. 200-2009-30524) to Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. for the following vaccines: Adacel® / NDC: 49281-0400-15 / 38,194 doses The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. under Contract Number 200-2009-30524 which was previously competed and awarded in fiscal year 2009 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available.
