RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification 200-2010-35150 00001 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract No. 200-2010-35150) to Merck Sharp and Dohme Corp. for the following vaccines: Gardasil® /NDC: 00006-4045-41 / 1,081 doses MMR II® /NDC: 00006-4681-00 / 9,834 doses Pneumovax® / NDC: 00006-4943-00 / 17,133 doses Varivax® /NDC 00006-4827-00 / 22,241 doses The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to Merck Sharp and Dohme Corp. under Contract Number 200-2010-35150 which was previously competed and awarded in fiscal year 2010.
