NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The SAO East/NCO 6 Contracting Office, Hampton, Virginia, intends to award a sole source delivery order (BASE + 4 OPTION YEARS) to INO Therapeutics (DUNS: 090546628) to provide Nitric Oxide gases to the Asheville VAMC. INO Therapeutics is the holder of a priority sources contracting vehicle (V797D-60737) that will be utilized to procure this acquisition. Past and present market research has not identified any other interested/qualified vendors to fulfill this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is Friday 14 September 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is Thursday 13 September 2018 at 1100 am Eastern Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
