FAR13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items: The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901 and is implemented by for restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). It is the Government s belief that the hospital Operates 24 hours day and 7 days week. The items to be purchased include and are limited to the Netspot Gallum Ga68 Dotatate manufactured and solely distributed by Advanced Accelerator Applications USA Inc for use by the VA. Advanced Accelerator Applications USA Inc shall furnish the requested supplies as described herein to the Washington DC VAMC, acquired during the contract period (30 Days ARO). Estimated cost is $112,000.00. The estimated award date is on or before (06/15/2021) and is in accordance to Option Year 3 of Contract 36C24518P3451. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
