93--MISSILE SKID COVERS

This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of MK-30 Missile Skid Cover Assemblies. Due to the unique and proprietary nature of this requirement, only one qualified supplier, Hardigg Cases, South Deerfield, MA, is capable of providing this item. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
