Notice Type: Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 8 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a short-term bulk oxygen contract to RAS Enterprises LLC 2512 25th Ave STE 3 Gulfport, MS 395017. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System (NF/SGVAHCS) Malcom Randall VA Medical Center 1601 S.W. Archer Road Gainesville FL 32608 Lake City VA Medical Center 619 S. Marion Ave Lake City, FL 32025 Purpose and Objectives: The North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System has a critical requirement for a short-term contract to continue to provide medical grade bulk oxygen. The NF/SG VAHCS is in the process of acquiring Government owned equipment (tanks). Once Government purchased equipment (tanks) are in place, the Government anticipates soliciting for a long-term contract for bulk oxygen support for the NF/SGVAHCS. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
