Notification of Sole Source Procurement: In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Government intends to limit sources to Wooten's River Service for midstream fuel delivery at the Louisville Repair Station (LRS), Louisville, KY because it must be completed by a Coast Guard recognized company that has the required quote mark Oil Transfer quote mark , quote mark Pollution Transfer Procedure quote mark , the required tight hose connections, fixed connections, hoses that are tested annually and proper venting on the fuel barge. Also, the contractor's staff must have a quote mark Tankerman Document quote mark that is current. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by agency. A proposal must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM EST on 25 March 2015 to [email protected].
