U.S. Army Ammunition Industrial Base Strategic Plan (IBSP): 2025

Solicitation Number: TBD Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: The Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) has published the United States Army Ammunition Industrial Base Strategic Plan (IBSP): 2025. This plan, developed by the Ammunition Enterprise, is available to industry and government officials upon request. The following process has been established to control release of the document: a) Requestor must be Department of Defense (DoD) personnel or a DoD contractor located within the National Technology and Industrial Base (NTIB). DoD contractors must be registered in the Defense Logistics Information Service, Joint Certification Program (JCP) located at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp in an "Active Status". b) Requestor will provide the following with their request: 1) JCP Certification Number 2) Company Name 3) CAGE Code 4) Justification for Access c) Any document provided by the United States Government (USG) remains USG property and is for Government purposes only. d) The Ammunition IBSP: 2025 shall be for information only and no other purpose unless specific permission is granted by the USG. e) Any action taken by any requestor based upon the Ammunition IBSP provided is taken solely at their own risk without any recourse against the USG. f) The USG does not guarantee that any request for the IBSP made pursuant to this notice will be granted. g) The Ammunition IBSP: 2025 is a Distribution C document, labeled For Official Use Only (FOUO), and must be handled in accordance with DoD guidelines for such information. h) By submission of a request, the requestor agrees to the above terms.
