The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Directorate of Contracting Fort Benning, GA intends to Sole Source to Litho-Krome Company, LLC, 5700 Old Brim Road, Midland, GA 31820 for the purchase and delivery of appropriate artwork, pictures, and symbols that represent the Maneuver Captains Career Course Theme for the McGinnis -Wickham Hall. These items would be required no later than 13 September 2012. Litho-Krome Company is the only known source capable of delivery without delays because their knowledge and previous satisfactory completion of a similar committed request order. Vendor must be able to maintain effective communication with the client, respond quickly to changes in design work, and produce products that exceed expectations. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Priced (FFP). The anticipated award date is no later than 15 August 2012.
