This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a one year contract to Sysco Montana, Inc. (Cage Code: ITCF8), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the South Dakota area. This contract, SPE300-14-D-3004, will run from March 9, 2014 through June 28, 2014 or until the award of a new contract. The justification will be posted at time of award.
