87--Feed & Bedding

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (PVAMC), Portland, Oregon intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide rodent feed and bedding for the PVAMC Research Department located at 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR. The Government is seeking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a vendor who will compete for BPA Calls and can demonstrate capability of providing feed and bedding in accordance with the attached statement of work. The Government intends to enter into a BPA for a five-year period. Pricing will be updated annually. A price schedule for the first year is attached. Responses will not be accepted after 5:00PM PST on August 16, 2010. Any vendor desiring to be considered for BPA award must submit their company's capabilities to meet the attached Scope of Work and Brand Sole Source and proposed pricing schedule electronically to [email protected].
