Amendment 01 - Cerrudo Services, LLC (Correct DUNS 783137065) The U. S. Customs Border and Protection intends to prepare justification for a non-competitive follow-on acquisition to HSBP1014C00072 awarded to Cerrudo Services, LLC (DUNS 9269002313). A solicitation for a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract-type for prospective Bridge Contract to incumbent contractor is contemplated. The proposed procurement will provide tactical infrastructure (TI) sustainment services in support of the Comprehensive Tactical Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair (CTIMR) Work Area 1 effort located within both, El Centro and San Diego Sectors. Work is inclusive of maintenance and repair support services involving labor, materials, and other direct costs necessary for the continuity of critical maintenance services during the solicitation and evaluation phases under the current FY21 planned effort and to avoid a gap in service. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The period of performance anticipated is for approximately 12 months. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Customs Border and Protection to procure the subject services.
