THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER A PROPOSED SOLICITATION TO MAINTAIN INTERIOR PAINT, BASE BUILDINGS. The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of RA-GHLN 09-1007 Maintain Interior Paint, Base buildings, at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The government antipates soliciting for the award of an 8(a) sole source firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238320 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code of 1721, with a size standard of $14 million. This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to perform interior painting. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. The Government anticipates the issuance of the request for Proposal in June 2009. The target award date is June 2009 with a start date in July 2009.
