Responsibility: Communications Construction and Repair has the past performance and are currently working at the cemetery regarding telephone lines replacement. 7. Anticipated Cost: The anticipated cost should be fair and reasonable to the government based upon comparative service pricing from other companies who have submitted a quote but are not certified SDVOSB. 8.
