The National Park Service, Department of Interior, will be soliciting proposals from construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This is a PRESOLICITATION notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Project Description: Repair and Repointing of the Parapet Wall of the Pennsylvania Memorial The project is located at Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, PA. Procurement Type: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the responsible, responsive, contractor submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Set-Aside: This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. At the time of solicitation all responsible business concerns may submit proposal, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered. Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from notice to proceed Site Visit: It is anticipated that a site visit will be scheduled sometime during the solicitation.
