Page 2 of 2 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 by way of the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AAECON General Contracting, LLC. This procurement will result in a new contract award action to AAECON General Contracting, LLC. The intent of this requirement is to procure specialized hospital construction services that will result in the implementation and support of Project #614-19-101, Site Preparation of Radiology/Oncology for Big Bore CT installation . This is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for construction services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, as Authorized by Statue . A Justification and Approval for sole source will be posted and made available no later than 14 days after award. The purpose of this announcement complies with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.201.
