SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is issuing a Sources Sought Notice in which it intends to issue a sole source solicitation to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with P.L. 109-461, under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-RA-0058 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for a Project 811CM3006 for Design/Build Project for the Cremains Expansion Projects at the Finn's Point National Cemetery, Salem, New Jersey. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 90 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
