SPECIAL NOTICE DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is issuing this announcement for other than full and open competition in accordance with P.L. 109-461, under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-RP-0158 for the removal and replacement of storm sewer lines and asphalt pavement work from Platt Construction, Inc., Franklin, WI. (a 100% SDVOSB Contractor). DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the removal and replacement of an existing storm sewer line and asphalt pavement work at Wood National Cemetery in accordance with the scope of work, drawings, specifications, terms and conditions. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $10,000 and $25,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 90 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
