Z--Relocate the existing feed to a 3 phase underground power feed for a new genera

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest District 9 has a requirement for the utility company to upgrade and relocate the existing feed to a three phase, underground power feed to the location of the new generator building at the Kachess Dam in Washington State. The Government intends to procure specialized services in FY2023 on a single-source basis in accordance with 41 U.SC.3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to: Puget Sound Energy (PSE) 10885 NE 4th St. Bellevue, WA 98004 The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. PSE continues to be the sole provider of electrical services for this area. Revised Code of Washington Title 54, Chapter 54.04, Section 54.04.030 prohibits competing utilities. The period of performance will be approximately one (1) year after award. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation nor is this a request for competitive proposals, but is posted to fulfill the synopsis requirements in accordance with FAR 5.203(a).
