The 354th Contracting Squadron, Eielson AFB, AK intends to award a sole-source 8(a) contract with White Mountain Construction, LLC. for the following item: 1) Replace water drain valves on Tank 3 and Tank 4 in the Oscar Bulk Fuel Storage Area at Eielson AFB, AK. Contractor must provide equipment, labor and materials to perform work. The authority for this non-competitive award is set forth in FAR 19.8. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests such as documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to FA5004-06-T-C002 must be in writing.
