SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is issuing a Sources Sought Notice in which it intends to issue a sole source solicitation to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with P.L. 109-461, under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-RP-0122 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for a design/build for drainage correction of subsidence repairs at Natchez National Cemetery in accordance with contract drawings and associated project specifications. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 240 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
