Cannon AFB, Waste Water Treatment Plant Renovation

Cannon AFB, NM is looking for 8(a) contractors with past performance specifically in Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) experience as part of market research. This requirement is still pending and is subject to change. General overview of work to be performed includes the following: Design/Build Requirement for: B4061 – Raw Basin – Work to include sending sewage through the system, remove all liquid from the raw basin, testing, removal and disposal of sludge, removal of existing liner, add sand if needed and compact as needed, replacement of new liner in accordance with New Mexico Environmental Department regulations, removal and replacement of Godwin pump. B4080 – Chlorine Contact Chamber – Work to include removal and replacement of drainage valves and mixer motors. B4082 – Blower Building – Work to include removal and replacement of valves on pump, removal and replacement of blower 75HP motors including VFD, removal and replacement of blower 60HP motors in digesters, upgrading components of motor control center. B4084 – Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) 1– Work to include removal and replacement of defective valve. B4088 – Sludge Drying Beds – Work to include removal of existing sludge to compost area, mill and overlay of south five beds. B4094 – Effluent (treated) Basin – Work to include removal of treated water through system to remove all liquid from the basin, test and remove sludge, remove existing liner, add sand if needed and compact as needed, replacement of liner in accordance with New Mexico Environmental Department regulations, removal and replacement of SolarBee. B4144 – Removal of existing Huber headworks unit to be replaced with two STEP systems. Interested contractors should submit a response to the following in their capabilities statement: 1.
