This opportunity is available only to contractors under the Greater Chicagoland Service Center's existing IDIQ contracts for repair and alterations. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for HVAC and Lighting Upgrades at the Federal Building, 536 S. Clark St. Chicago, Illinois. The scope of the work to be accomplished will include: total design and construction of new ARRA compliant backbone lighting control system and recommissioning of the HVAC units and associated accessories and systems per design documents for which the CMc is responsible. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holders. This is not a request for quotation.
