RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced contract modification in the amount of $37,088.19 was awarded to Veterans Construction LLC, of Boston, MA to address a differing site condition requiring the movement and reinstallation of existing pipes and air compressor system to facilitate the installation of the new chiller. The original contract was issued non-competitively pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. for the for the Replacement of Chillers, Generator, Underground Storage Tank at the USDA Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston, Massachusetts.
