This is a Notice of Intent to award a modification to an awarded Task Order dated March 16, 2010 under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantiy (IDIQ) contract to Dakota 2000, Inc. The modification is awarded in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAIABLE ONLY TO Dakota 2000, Inc. under contract number HHSI241200810015I entitled Renovations and Repairs of Hospitals, Clinics, Health Care Facilities in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: RECOVERY - Modificaiton to extend the completion period to August 31, 2010 from August 12, 2010. Modify for additional flooring underlayment that was unforeseen.
