GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has exercised a modification for additional design-build services for the Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building project located in Denver, CO. This modification will reconfigure the new lobby security entrance incorporating an employee entrance and reusing the existing magnetometer and x-ray machine for visitor screening. This modification is valued at $505,839.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009.
