*RECOVERY* Construction Management Services for the new U.S. Federal Courthouse in Yuma, Arizona

*RECOVERY* This opportunity is available only to contractors who have received an awarded Region 9 GSA Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract in Zone 3 (Arizona and Nevada) to provide CM Services. The General Services Administration (GSA) Design and Construction has a requirement for a highly qualified Construction Management firm to perform CM services throughout the design and construction of the New U.S. Courthouse in Yuma AZ. This project is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 (Public Law 11-5) (Recovery Act). This requirement was competed against the five IDIQ holders in Zone 3. Abacus Construction Management was selected to perform the CM services for the New U.S. Courthouse in Yuma AZ.
