Expansion & Reconfiguration Project at the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry (LPOE), Phase 1B

SPECIAL NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS BEING PLACED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CONTRACT GS-09P-10-KT-C-0027. GSA's Pacific Rim Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division intends to issue a bi-lateral modification for the Construction Phase Services portion of the work, for the Reconfiguration and Expansion Project located at the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry in San Diego, Ca. This modification will be for the construction of a southbound pedestrian pathway/crossing on the east side of the Port. This modification is valued at $4,889,168. This work will be solely funded under the ARRA of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
