Intent to Award Sole Source Municipal Sewer Maintenance for Gull Lake Dam & Recreation Area, in Gull Lake, MN

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a sole source purchase order to City of East Gull Lake, 10790 Squaw Point Road, East Gull Lake, MN 56401-3088, to provide all parts, material and labor to repair/service and maintain the municipal sewer service for the Gull Lake Dam and Recreation Area in Gull Lake, MN. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue and award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
