Special Notice Regarding Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest Intent to Enter into a Sole-Source Utility Services Contract for Water/Sewer Service at NCTAMS LeMoure ND

In accordance with FAR and DFARS, Part 41, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest intends to enter into a Utility Services Contract for Water/Sewer Service with the City Of LeMoure, ND for the provision of Water and Sewer services at 7290 99th Ave SE LaMoure ND for a period of ten years. The estimated cost of the utilities over the 10-year period will be between $25k and $100k. DFARS PGI 206.302-1 requires that a “Request for Informationâ€� or “Sources Soughtâ€� notice be advertised when other than full and open competition will be sought for a procurement that uses “Only One Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirementsâ€� as the justification... In this case the current and only provider of Water/Sewer services within the LaMoure service area is the City of LeMoure. This advertisement fulfills the DFARS requirement.
