The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, (LCR), Boulder City, Nevada, intends to negotiate and award a contract with a base year and four one-year options, on a non-competitive basis, to Revised Cibola Valley Irrigation & Drainage District, Cibola, AZ. Reclamation has a requirement for irrigation water to irrigate approximately 1,122 acres in the Cibola Valley Conservation Area. This is a Notice of Intent only and not a request for competitive proposals or an announcement of a solicitation. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Revised Cibola Valley Irrigation and Drainage District is the only agency authorized to supply and regulate the water utilized for irrigation in the area. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a capabilities statement by Close of Business (COB) July 12, 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAIC) identified for this action is 221310- Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The Small Business Size Standard is $2.57M.
