Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. DBA Culligan, NAICS Code 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, with a size standard of $30 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of TIR-34 Water Treatment System. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of these Water Treatment Supplies, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
