Special Notice: The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office awarded a purchase order for electric utility service for the Glendo SOD Field Office on March 18, 2014. The action is for services for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy the agency's requirement due to the territory of Wheatland Rural Electric Association. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
