Contractor shall furnish, and the Government shall purchase and receive electric power service and electric meter as requested by the Government from the Utility Provider. Interested Utility Providers may identify their interest and ability to meet the requirements stated herein and may submit their authority to provide service in the form of a tariff or ordinance. Submission must include providers valid Cage Code. FAR 52.214-34 applies. The associated NAICS code with this procurement is 221122 ¿ Electric Power Distribution. Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
