--Gas Processing Services

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service currently has a requirement for processing of natural gas. The proposed action covered by this notice is for transportation and processing of natural gas on the Jonah Gas Gathering System from the Jonah and Pinedale fields in the State of Wyoming. Infrastructure on this system limits the possibilities of processing to two processing plants, Pioneer and Opal. Competition for this requirement will be limited to the owners/operators of these plants as the only responsible sources capable of meeting the Governments requirements.Any other interested party capable of fulfilling this requirement may submit technical proposals of their capability however; any technical data received will be for the sole purpose of market research for any future requirements, beyond the immediate requirement, that may be necessary. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice are due not later than 3:00PM MT, August 15, 2008.
