Description

The dredged material within the borrow limits at Reedy Point South Containment Facility is a mixture of sand, gravel and silt. Materials may be excavated to elevation +12 feet NAVD 88 datum throughout the entire outlined area. Survey Control Sheets shall be used by contractors to establish the limits of excavation. Contractor must stay within the limits of excavation as outlined. The successful bidder(s) may bid on all or any portion of the Property herewith offered for sale and removal. Up to ap proximately 400,000 cubic yards or material is available.
