The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a purchase order for 1,847 tons of surge stone to Frahm Construction, Inc. Reclamation has found Frahm Construction, Inc. to be the only source in the immediate area able to successfully supply the requirement. Since Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the services that will satisfy the agency¿s requirements, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been approved. The Government anticipates award around on or around August 8, 2017. In order to allow for sufficient Government consideration and potential quote evaluation, vendors must submit their written Letter of Interest no later than August 7, 2017. Responses received after August 7, 2017, may not be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
