Cancellation of VIPR I-BPAs for Crew Carrier Buses

The USDA Forest Service has chosen to cancel the current VIPR pre-season I-BPA's for National Crew Carrier Buses (awarded under solicitation AG-024B-S-14-7000) in accordance with Section C.3.3 of that agreement. The current Agreement's will remain in effect until such time that the new Agreements are awarded (estimated 2nd quarter fiscal year 2018). The reasoning for this cancellation is that there are new safety requirements that need to be incorporated into the specifications for Crew Carrier Buses provided under this agreement. These changes were out of scope and could not be done under the current agreement. There is a current synopsis posted to FBO.gov for the new requirement 12024B-18-Q-7000 (originally posted incorrectly as 12024B-Q-18-7000).
