99 -- Completion of Standard Competition for BARC, NAL and US National Arboretum

The Beltsville Agricultural Research Service, has completed a Standard Competition for Animal and Plant Research Support Services in Beltsville, MD and Washington, DC.,study announced on June 27, 2003. The performance decision was certified on December 20, 2004, and resulted in a decision in favor of agency performance by government personnel. The period of performance is May 15, 2005 through September 30, 2005 with options to extend performance for 4 additional 12-month periods and one 7 ½ month option period.
