The Government will not reimburse vendors for the time, effort, and materials used in responding to this sources-sought notice. The Headquarters, United States Marine Corps (HQMC), located at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, has a requirement for tweleve (12) Sunset Parade receptions and parking. Background: The United States Marine Corps determined the need to provide a location for Sunset Parade Receptions in Arlington Virginia. The parades are held weekly at the dates listed below. Objectives: Provide a professional setting for up to 200 parade quests in close proximity to the Pentagon, Washington District of Columbia that allows ample parking for parade guests and can accomodate staging of full sized coach buses. Scope: The contractor shall provide a professional facility for hosting Sunset Parade Receptions. Tasks: 1. Provide a prodessional facility for hosting Sunset Parade Receptins. Period of Performance: 26 May, 2 June, 9 June, 16 June, 23 June, 30 June, 7 July, 14 July 21 July 28 July, 4 August, and 11 August 2015. Second Requirement: Provide 100 parking spaces for Sunset Parade Reception guets at the dates listed above.:
