This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is issued by the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Purchasing Office (AFNAFPO). All requirements, solicitations and subsequent contracts, if any, awarded through AFNAFPO are funded wholly with Nonappropriated funds. These funds are generated through user fees and charges at Air Force morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) programs worldwide. THEY ARE NOT APPROPRIATIONS FROM CONGRESS OR "TAXPAYER" DOLLARS. The Air Force Personnel Center Services Directorate (AFPC/SV) seeks sources to perform Fitness/Teambuilding events (event) for military personnel in order to provide an alternative to personnel from seeking unsupervised high risk adventures. The event would provide a unique teambuilding experience to the Airmen. The event would be conducted on military installations, both CONUS and OCONUS, or other predetermined locations at or near each military installation. The event would be approximately 4-6 hours in length and would be very physically demanding through the use of calisthenics and other exercise or activities and would cover a distance of approximately 7-10 miles. Each event would be limited to 35 individuals per installation. The event would use the natural surroundings and structures of the installation and not alter the terrain or structures in any significant way before, during or after the event.
